We have worked very closely with the real estate profession over the last 10 years, and have built some strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Our main support focus is in helping your clients, or potential buyers, visualize the hidden potential in a property. Enabling others realize this potential is really the goal of both of our professions, we just use completely different skill sets to do so. We believe real estate professionals and architects are uniquely suited to help each other, and we invite you to consider us as a resource.

 


Seller's Agents:

Presentation Plans - $125 per floor*
Our plans are prepared with an architect's eye for graphic quality, and accuracy*. But what sets us apart are the additional services we offer as part of the price:

• Area calculations. Because of our familiarity with the code, we can help you understand what the legal, and usable or potential floor areas are.
• Conceptual floor plans. We can include a proposed design option for properties with awkward layouts.

• Face lifts. What can be done to improve the identity of a building from the outside?

Feasibility studies - No charge*
An analysis of how a property can be improved:
Number of dwelling units, expansion potential

 


Buyer's Agents:

Walkthroughs - No charge*
We accompany you and your client on a walthrough of a property

An analysis of how a property can be improved, and what the cost and process might be:
• Changing the occupancy - Number of dwelling units
• Adding area - Can area be added up or back?
• Converting/legalizing area - Can existing unconditioned space (basement, porch or storage) be converted? Can unwarranted area be legalized?
• Face lifts. What can be done to improve the identity of a building from the outside?

We are happy to address any concerns or questions:

Written report. We can provide a more detailed analysis relating the feasibility, potential or any other factors we can provide information on.
