One command, executed by the architecture. Incorporating Caseta during construction actually saves money, because it relies on wireless network communications rather than hard wiring for secondary switches. But it does require some forethought in where the primary switches are located – typically in a more out-of-the-way, remote location, as this system will rely more on secondary scene switches.
Whole-house audio via Sonos, Bluesound, Wiim, or similar. Passive in-wall and in-ceiling speakers hard-wired to a discrete streaming amplifier. Architectural speakers can be made nearly (or completely) invisible. The renovation is the moment to wire for surround sound. Dolby Atmos surround and overhead channels require wall/ceiling placement that can’t be retrofitted cleanly.
